2. Contractor Status

All cleaners are independent contractors, not employees. Hearthstone Cleaning Services is not responsible for personal conduct outside of contracted services.

3. Payment

• Payments are issued weekly via approved methods (e.g., direct deposit, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App).

• Clients agree to pay all fees as agreed prior to service.

• Late payments may result in suspension of service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. SMS Communication

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to scheduling, confirmations, and service updates.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Liability

• Hearthstone Cleaning Services is not liable for damages caused by misuse of property or pre-existing conditions.

• Clients must disclose any hazardous conditions prior to service.

7. Limitation of Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, including harassment, fraud, or unauthorized commercial use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
